Added crosshairs for holes that can be used for pulling the ends together.
Otherwise revised the plans and instructions somewhat.

Added octagonal caps for the ends and matching pyramids to be attached to the caps.
This is meant to solve the problem that it's difficult to attach the spherical
biangles as they narrow to a point at the ends. Please note: The caps
and pyramids can also be used for Sphere Model 1, below.
