La 4ème béta de PostgreSQL 8.0 est sortie cette nuit. 
La liste des choses à faires est maintenant très réduite et la version finale approche. 
Il est donc important que le maximum de tests de non régression ait lieu. 
Cette version majeure de PostgreSQL 8.0 apporte notamment : 
le support natif de windows 
les transactions imbriquées 
les table spaces 
le PITR (point in time recovery)
