Soit, dans notre langue belle : Microsoft définit sa technologie SmartScreen comme une "technologie brevetée basé sur un apprentissage de la machine, où la décision de considérer un mail comme un spam est prise par l'utilisateur lui même puis renvoyé au filtre pour l'entraîner à reconnaître ce qu'il faut chercher". Les outils comme les filtres bayesiens ne constituent-ils pas un précédant rendant nuls et non avenus ces brevets ?
