Quelques jours après la sortie de la version 0.90.0 revoici un des plus célèbres des outsiders du "desktop readiness" (ayé c'est copyrighté maintenant). 
D'après le Changelog : 
 
- added _NET_WM_NAME, _NET_WM_ICON_NAME and _NET_WM_ICON to WINGs 
- new WPrefs icon (thanks to Largo) 
- replaced VirtualEdgeThickness option, with EnableVirtualDesktop (boolean) 
- enhanced alt-tab panel, added theming ability 
- fixed issues with broken crash dialog 
- removed obsoleted options from wconfig.h 
- changed animation delay constants to fix issues with 2.6.x linux kernels 
- fixed several broken po files 
- increased libwraster version number to 3.1.0 (added a RCopyArea function)
