------------------------------ ```bash $ hwclock; date lun. 05 oct. 2015 22:35:08 CEST .249715 secondes lun. oct. 5 23:06:32 CEST 2015 $ cat /etc/conf.d/hwclock # Set CLOCK to "UTC" if your Hardware Clock is set to UTC (also known as # Greenwich Mean Time). If that clock is set to the local time, then # set CLOCK to "local". Note that if you dual boot with Windows, then # you should set it to "local". clock="UTC" # If you want the hwclock script to set the system time (software clock) # to match the current hardware clock during bootup, leave this # commented out. # However, you can set this to "NO" if you are running a modern kernel # and using NTP to synchronize your system clock. #clock_hctosys="YES" # If you do not want to set the hardware clock to the current system # time (software clock) during shutdown, set this to no. #clock_systohc="YES" # If you wish to pass any other arguments to hwclock during bootup, # you may do so here. Alpha users may wish to use --arc or --srm here. clock_args="" $ tail /var/log/ntpd.log reply from 91.194.60.128: offset -0.006929 delay 0.040434, next query 1513s reply from 88.191.227.26: offset -0.004802 delay 0.037849, next query 1523s reply from 193.55.167.2: offset -0.001518 delay 0.044909, next query 1600s reply from 88.191.228.138: offset -0.003311 delay 0.038143, next query 1627s reply from 195.83.66.158: offset -0.001441 delay 0.059422, next query 1510s reply from 62.210.217.57: offset -0.002015 delay 0.036778, next query 1576s reply from 88.191.228.144: offset -0.003827 delay 0.037607, next query 1646s reply from 193.52.136.2: offset -0.003487 delay 0.051021, next query 1513s ntp engine exiting Terminating $ service ntpd status * status: started $ cat /etc/timezone ; echo Europe/Paris $ ```
