Software may include Licensed Software and Unlicensed Software. **Licensed Software** is all Software described in the Order, including all related updates, changes, or revisions provided under the Order. **Unlicensed Software** is software which may be included on the storage media containing Licensed Software that the Distributor and the customer are not authorized to use under the Order. **Licensed Use** is a particular use as described in the Order, for which the Distributor or the customer is authorized to use the Licensed Software.
