Bonjour à tous, 
 
j'ai tenté de mettre à jour les drivers de ma carte ATI 9250 (de la version 8.24.x à 8.25.y), avec à la clé une belle galère au point que j'ai décidé de faire marche arrière. (puisque tout fonctionnait avant) 
 
J'ai donc désinstallé (correctement) la nouvelle version et remis la 8.24 
 
Le problème est qu'au démarrage, mon écran prend une résolution impossible (besoin de faire ctrl+alt+-) et que je dois lui spécifier à chaque fois celle que je veux avec fréquence (en l'occurrence 1280x1024 en 75 Hz) 
 
En outre, je n'ai plus accès à la commande xhost et je ne peux plus démarrer des applis en mode root (probleme xlib, que je résolvais avant avec un xhost + qu'en j'en avais besoin) 
 
De plus, je pense que mon fichier xorg.conf est tellement tripatouillé qu'il ne doit plus être optimum. Je vous le livre ci dessous :
