The purpose of the hearing is to review the changes made to the proposed ordinance amendments and additions after the December hearing.
1) Proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinances were all accepted as printed except for a change to 438.1
· Repeal 307 Conditional Uses as it has never been used
· 407.2 ADU’s to be compliant with state changes
· 421.1 Portable and small structures
· 428 – adjusting parking to be compliant with state changes
· 438.1 – Noise to be compliant with state changes
2) Proposed additions to the Zoning Ordinances were all accepted as printed:
· Definition of the term setback
· Snow removal affecting roadways
· Debris removal affecting roadways
· Event regulations and permitting
