Recycling Center - Part time Supervisor position.

The purpose of the hearing is to review the changes made to the proposed ordinance amendments and additions after the December hearing.
1) Proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinances were all accepted as printed except for a change to 438.1
· Repeal 307 Conditional Uses as it has never been used
· 407.2 ADU’s to be compliant with state changes
· 421.1 Portable and small structures
· 428 – adjusting parking to be compliant with state changes
· 438.1 – Noise to be compliant with state changes
2) Proposed additions to the Zoning Ordinances were all accepted as printed:
· Definition of the term setback
· Snow removal affecting roadways
· Debris removal affecting roadways
· Event regulations and permitting

An application for a site plan review on property owned by Richard & Carolyn Davis, located at 1071 Route 12, Map U1-5 A, in the C/I zone, will be submitted to the Planning Board at 6:30 PM. If the application is accepted as complete, the hearing on the merits of the proposal may commence. This proposal will stay on the Planning Board agenda until such time as the decision is reached.
All interested parties are welcome to attend the hearings. Materials may be reviewed in advance at the town office during business hours.
