Automated Dosing Controllers

Dosing uses feedback from flow meters to control pumps in order to mix ingredients and used in water treatments, favoring etc. The ALC100 is capable of being customized to suit individual needs. There are 4 pumps control channels and the system can take as many as 16 flow meter inputs. There is also provision for tank level sensors to control and record tank contents.

CNC controller for lathes and milling machines

Heidenhain stopped production of Anilam CNC and DRO systems in 2012. The above controller is one of a range of controllers all of which can be upraded. There are a range of kits that range from just the controller through to a complete ready to fit kit.

Ventilators and medical devices

In response to the Covid-19 pandemic TRM has designed an advanced ventilator. This device is in the design stage and can be customized to suit the needs of the medical services. During a pandemic it is going to be difficult to keep any device in production and in service, therefore this device is designed to operate without some sensors. This machine will deliver up to 950ml of air every 3 seconds so it is able to serve two patients. The device supports the following modes: Continuous Mandatory Ventilation (CMV), Pressure Controlled Ventilation (PCV), Volume Controlled Ventilation (VCV).
