Depending on the form and dynamism of such a taxation system, presuming it manages to cover also the materials used for construction works and their final impact on the surroundings such as their effect of heat accumulation and
re-emission to the ambient, research of advanced materials with limited impact on the environment could be encouraged within the private sector.
While available standards address important aspects of indoor pollutant removal performance, (5-8) none deal with other specific performance issues for indoor applications such as: harmful by-product formation to protect human health;
re-emission of captured VOC; and IPPT testing in chambers that can simulate air velocity and turbulence levels typically found in indoor environments, (9) as well as simulate visible light illumination using a conventional indoor lighting source (instead of a UV source).
Here we present experimental evidence for protracted photon storage and markedly delayed
re-emission within malignant cell cultures.
The only reasonable mechanism available, in the context of a gaseous Sun, involves direct excitation through photon absorption and subsequent
re-emission. Thus, a random process is invoked.
Re-emission of nicotine from contaminated indoor surfaces in these households can lead to nicotine exposure levels similar to that of smoking.

re-emission control from wet fuel gas desulfurization liquors with additives," Fuel, vol.
* Specify isolation requirements (isolation of porous materials to avoid adsorption and subsequent
re-emission of solvents; maintaining negative ventilation in construction areas).
In addition to band edge emission at 447 and 375 nm, related to as grown film at sputtering power of 60 and 80 W, respectively; there are two
re-emission mechanisms for Ti:[Cu.sub.3]N films; first, as discussed in, (16) interstitial nitrogen excess acts as electron acceptor centers.
These elements are; mass ratio of the system q, fractional radius of the optical component r, limb darkening coefficient u, gravity darkening coefficient [t.sub.o], efficiency of absorption and
re-emission h, optical X-ray luminosity ratio [L.sub.opt]/[L.sub.x] and the effective temperature of the optical star [T.sub.eff].
