Baltimore, MD and Washington, DC - The Maryland Public Service Commission (PSC) has taken important steps toward modernizing utility
ratemaking in the state.
The commission approved several electric service agreements and related
ratemaking treatments submitted by Xcel Energy to provide electric service to the proposed new data center, according to a press release.
