The
pseudomembrane was debrided and sent for culture, and the patient was prescribed oral amoxicillin clavulanate and moxifloxacin eye drops, with topical loteprednol and cyclosporine to decrease the robust inflammatory response.

GII was characterized by a yellowish or light turbid CSF, a small amount of debris,
pseudomembrane, and pus, a whitish or yellowish choroid plexus, identifiable anatomical landmarks, and a thickened third ventricular floor [Figure 1]e, [Figure 1]f, [Figure 1]g, [Figure 1]h.
The commonest type of oral candidiasis encountered was acute pseudomembranous candidiasis (Thrush), characterised clinically by a sharply defined patch of creamy, crumbly, curd-like white
pseudomembrane which when removed leaves an underlying erythematous base.
Bronchoscopic observation revealed obstruction of the right main bronchus with massive white and yellowish exudate (
pseudomembrane).
They can be described as erythema, erosions covered with a
pseudomembrane, ulcers, and at times intact vesicles or bullae (7).
During surgery, we discovered a voluminous pseudocyst containing milky fluid and encapsulated by a
pseudomembrane. Eight deep-tissue samples were sent for histopathological assessment and bacteriological testing.

[15] reported a juvenile case of pseudomembranous conjunctivitis accompanied with corneal ulcer (stage IV) and corneal epithelial defects, which eventually disappeared after
pseudomembrane excision.
Lapa-roscopy revealed multiple lesions, such as disseminated milier granulomas and
pseudomembrane, on the peritoneum and serosal surface of the bowel, all genital organs, and abdominal wall (Figure 3).
The surface of the lesion was covered by yellowish-white
pseudomembrane. The borders were indurated and the lesion was firm and tender on palpation.
