When meiosis is restored in early stages, the oocytes possess the visible nuclei, called germinal vesicles (GV) and this GV undergoes a germinal vesicles breakdown (GVBD) (i.e., termination of the
nuclear membrane) (Grondahl, 2008).
Biopsy of the mass revealed lymphoid tissue completely effaced by medium-sized lymphoid cells and irregular
nuclear membrane. Those lymphoma cells expressed diffuse positive immunohistochemical stain for CD20, CD79a, CD5, and cyclin D1, but were negative for CD10, CD23, BCL6, and MUM1.
(6) A histologically distinctive and clinically aggressive variant of IMT with epithelioid morphology and characteristic
nuclear membrane or perinuclear staining with ALK immunohistochemistry has recently been described as epithelioid inflammatory myofibroblastic sarcoma (EIMS).
The process involves breaking the cell wall and cell membrane (cell lysis), removing the organelles, and destroying the
nuclear membrane.
Madam, the life ensuring organelle of a cell in the form of a nucleus containing chromosomes is being covered by a porous gated
nuclear membrane. It is associated with endoplasmic reticulum, ribosome, Golgi apparatus, lysosomes, mitochondria, multiple vesicles that are supposed to be arranged on the dynamic cytoskeleton.
In addition, we also performed EM experiments to observe pGHR nuclear localization, and as shown in Figure 2E (see indicated arrows), pGHR was detected in cell nuclei and the
nuclear membrane.
SYNE4 encodes nesprin-4 (Nesp4), which localises to the outer
nuclear membrane and is part of the linker of nucleoskeleton and cytoskeleton (LINC) complex in the nuclear envelope.
Chromatin is separated from the cytoplasm by the nuclear envelope (NE), a continuous membrane system consisting of an inner (INM) and an outer
nuclear membrane (ONM) enclosing the perinuclear space (PNS).
The neoplastic cells are proliferating fibroblasts and myofibroblasts with reduced amphophilic cytoplasm, open chromatin of the nuclei, well-defined
nuclear membrane, and a distinct nucleolus.
The
nuclear membrane was complete and the border was clearly visible (Figure 1(a)).
The genetic mutation creates an altered form of the Lamin A protein called progerin and this leads to abnormal
nuclear membrane shape and a variety of defects.
The nuclei of these cells exhibited irregular shape, with various invaginations of the
nuclear membrane. In addition, Sustentocytes cells were sparsely distributed in the seminiferous tubules, and in several cases, also distanced from the basement membrane (Figs.
