More problematically, an entry for a review by Mike Foster omits the title of the book reviewed (The Children of Hurin), and mispunctuation causes the entry to read as if it were a review of an issue of Mallorn, rather than a review appearing there (397).

(A mispunctuation makes this comment of Kahle's appear to be part of a quotation from Kramer, which is impossible, since the preceding sentence refers to Kramer in the third person.) Uncommented on (and unnoted in the apparatus, except for the temporary disappearance of noted variants from the manuscript) is a further lacuna in C, comprising over a third of the third play and overlapping with the lacuna in D, as well as some half dozen peculiarities in B, including short lacunae, additions, and changes in order of blocks of text (some but not all of which are explicitly noted in the apparatus).
