These materials will have either been windblown, or collapsed into the depression created during the
karstification (dissolution) process.
Most karst landforms are interpreted to have developed as a result of simultaneous limestone dissolution and mechanical erosion - this single stage process of landform development can be referred to as
karstification by total removal (Quinif, 2010).
In the same karst basin, for different landform combination types with different carbonate rock outcrop conditions and different development degrees of
karstification, even under the same rainfall intensity, karst water chemical dynamic response of different landform combinations to precipitation is not the same.
Intrastratal
karstification is due to dissolutional processes of evaporitic layers [63, 64].
A special surface with extra deep cavities at the upper boundary of the Saunja Formation is interpreted as a
karstification event likely analogous to the one reported from Sweden.
If the rocky parts of caves such as limestone, gypsum, dolomite, sandstone, and conglomerate are eroded by underground water (
karstification), secondary caves are formed.
The lower aquifer assemblage (HTL) shows intensive
karstification and widened fractures in its single aquifer that allow for faster flow and transport and present variable-dissolved oxygen concentrations [4].
These three excursion may be associated with the thermal events related to Emeishan basalt eruption, the
karstification related to the Dongwu Movement, and the increase in seawater temperature during the late Permian, respectively (Sun et al., 2012).
When dolomitisation is absent, the limestone textures are wackestones and oolitic grainstones; numerous banks show parallel lamination and the
karstification is more intense.
[GS.sub.2] Visokoplaninski Surface 16 [km.sup.2]; The highest and kras Valozja the largest plateau of Srednje UNDERGROUND KARST RELIEFS Ponisavlje; It was built from the lower Cretaceous limestone ; High degree of

The second pulse was the primary one relevant to regional fault systems within the basin (Baechler and Boehner 2014), incorporating marine evaporite units which exhibit complexly deformed salt basins,
karstification, localized halokinesis with kilometre-scale intrusion of salt diapirs (Aslop et al.
