15 December 2015 - US-based wire and cable providers Diversified Wire and Cable and Great Lakes Wire and Cable have entered into a definitive merger agreement to create GLD Group, Inc., a one-stop resource for networking and cabling communications products and services, the companies said.

The new company, called GLD Group, is headquartered in Madison Heights, Mich.

The current market capitalization of the GLD ETF is 71ドル.5 billion, an increase of 22 percent over the course of 2011.
