High purity Milli-Q water was used for blank and standard solutions preparation, which was free of interferences obtained from Millipore
deionizer system.
Prior to use distilled water was deionized using ELGA Cartridge Type C114 containing
deionizer. Conductivity of vanadium(V) hydrazide complexes was measured by calibrated Hanna (HI-8633) conductivity meter (Romania).
Ti[Cl.sub.4] was slowly added to a stirred solution of phosphoric acid, and the precipitate was recuperated and washed with
deionizer water.
The PCR premix tube contains freeze-dried pellet of (Taq DNA polymerase 1U, dNTPs 250 [micro]M, Tris-HCl (pH 9.0) 10mM, KCl 30mM, MgCl2 1.5mM, stabilizer, and tracking dye) and the PCR master mix reaction was prepared according to kit instructions in 20 [micro]l total volume by added 5 [micro]l of purified genomic DNA and 1.5 [micro]l of 10pmole of forward primer and 1.5 [micro]l of 10 pmole of reverse primer, then the PCR premix tube was completed by
deionizer PCR water into 20 [micro]l and briefly mixed by Exispin vortex (Bioneer.
In vitro drug release studies were performed using the materials pieces (with a dimension of 7.5 mm height and 1.5 mm diameter) placed in 10 mL of
deionizer water maintained at 37[degrees]C.
Acetone was obtained from Vetec (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) and the water used was filtered through deionization system (
deionizer Milli-Q, Millipore, Bedford, USA).
Aqueous solutions were made using deionized water, which was prepared by an Elga B114
Deionizer using C114 cartridges, (EC = 5 [micro]S.cm@25[degrees]C and TDS = 3.5 ppm).
