While DJI has already declared compliance for these RPAS for operations in
controlled airspace and operations near people (5 to 30 meters horizontally from people), operations over people are only permitted with ParaZero's SafeAir Systems + ASTM Professional Kit.
We are working with the authorities to establish a task force around this, and I would say there has to be three things: first of all there has to be a very clear communications campaign to say that UAV activity within the boundaries of
controlled airspace is extremely dangerous and therefore should not be done.

Members of the board said it was likely the hot air balloon had drifted inside
Controlled Airspace during the flight, but they could not positively determine this for certain.
