The effective light neutrino mass matrix ([m.sub.[nu]]) is diagonalised by a unitary matrix U (in PMNS
parametrisation which is written as [U.sub.PMNS]) and yields three mass eigenvalues ([m.sub.1], [m.sub.2], [m.sub.3]).
However, depending on the actual
parametrisation, one of these single measures will have the best impact (for example water purification in Figure 1(d)).
