Bartholin's glands) that produces pain is a strong indicator vulvar vestibulitis syndrome, a common cause of dyspareunia (Apte et al., 2011; Kellogg-Spadt, & Albaugh, 2002).

Here we describe a case of Hidradenoma papilliferum mimicking
Bartholin's duct cyst.
She had a significant past medical history of cellulitis around the leg 6 months prior and a
Bartholin cyst that was treated conservatively 8 months before this presentation.
A 41-year-old slim female with no previous gynaecological history was seen in the Ipswich Gynaecology Clinic with a 3-month history of a small 2 cm painless swelling thought to be a left sided
Bartholin Gland (BG) cyst.
Bartholin's gland (BG), also known as the major vestibular glands or
Bartholin gland, are bilateral, mucus-secreting, tubuloacinar glands located within the submucosa of the vulva of ruminants (SCHLAFER & FOSTER, 2016), cats (BACHA & WOOD, 1990), and women (CARDOSI et al., 2001; LEE et al., 2015).
