I was monitoring some processes in Windows 7 and then the API monitor told me it could not monitor anymore and to restart it. I closed it and then it BSOD. Windows didn't save a dump, it said dump FAILED, so I don't have any more information to provide. However I did get that too many processes message earlier another time and when I tried to exit the api monitor crashed. This is what it showed in event viewer for one of those times;
