Misugi Cultural Center
Misugi Cultural Center is a multi-use central facility for the Misugi area of Tsu City, and opened in April 2014. Used as a base for regional activities by residents of the area, the facility includes a general branch office, library, health clinic, multipurpose hall, community center and human rights center.
