Languages available through the opening hours: English, Korean, Spanish and Portuguese
Languages available by reservation: Chinese, Tagalog, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Bengali, Burmese, Khmer and Russian
Time and days (excluding national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays):
10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mon. to Fri. (Face-to-face counseling by 16:00) (Reservation necessary)
Counseling is free of charge (call charge would be borne by the caller), and strictly confidential.
