Update Log

11/4/2003 - As evidenced by the time gap between updates, Nebraska Roads hasn't been updated for quite some time. College life has become very hectic for me as I make my way through my senior year, and this site has fallen towards the bottom of my priority list. I have a rather large backload of material to add...unfortunately, I doubt I'll have any time to add it until December. On a final and more upbeat note, there is a possibility that Nebraska Roads may become much, much more than just a Web site; stay tuned for details.

9/15/2003 - Thanks for your patience as Nebraska Roads underwent various levels of availability during the past month; all previous methods of access have been restored. Stay tuned for many updates and additions to come in the next week or two...

8/17/2003 - Updated exit list information for I-80.

8/16/2003 - Created termini page for NE 97.

8/15/2003 - Edited information about Nebraska's original highway numbering system; I have confirmed that a numbering system was in place by 1921.

7/23/2003 - Created termini page for NE 110; added photos to the US 26, NE 92 and NE 109 pages.

7/22/2003 - Created termini page for NE 88.

7/18/2003 - Created termini pages for NE 40, NE 44 and NE 47; added photos to the NE 64 and NE 69 pages. Edited information about NE 38.

7/17/2003 - Created termini pages for NE 10 and NE 21; added photos to the NE 22 and NE 39 pages. Edited the Roads Log and Links pages.

7/16/2003 - Created termini pages for NE 43 and NE 63; added photos to the NE 66 page.

7/15/2003 - Created termini pages for NE 41, NE Spur 49A, NE 65, NE Spur 67B, NE Spur 67C and NE 112. Added photos to the NE 62 and US 77 pages.

7/14/2003 - More updates than you can possibly imagine are forthcoming. Stay tuned for further information. Created Deuel and Keith counties photo pages; added images to the Red Willow and Saunders counties photo pages. The index page has a spiffy image.

7/9/2003 - It's "Wild West" week at Nebraska Roads! Created termini pages for NE 29, NE 71 and NE Link 79G; added photos to the NE 2 and US 26 termini pages. Created Banner, Scotts Bluff, and Sioux counties photo pages; added images to the Dawes County Photos page.

7/3/2003 - Created Red Willow County Photos page; added images to the Chase, Hitchcock and Lancaster photo pages.

7/2/2003 - Created termini page for NE 109. Created Hall County Photos page; added images to the Dawes County Photos page.

6/30/2003 - Created termini page for NE 27. Created and added photos to the Chase, Dawes, Dawson, Hamilton, Hitchcock, Lancaster, Lincoln and Saunders Nebraska Photos pages. Edited the NE Highways 21-40 page.

6/27/2003 - Added photos to the US 26 and US 138 termini pages.

6/26/2003 - Created termini pages for NE Spur 15A and NE Link 24B. Added photos to the US 6 and Cuming-Grant Links and Spurs pages. The recreation roads listing has been absorbed into the other state links and spurs pages.

6/24/2003 - Announced the Nebraska Roads user enhancement project on the Acknowledgments/Links page.

6/13/2003 - Created termini pages for NE Spur 18A, NE Spur 18G, NE 33, NE Spur 55A, NE 69, NE Spur 76A and NE Link 76E. Added photos to the NE 39, NE Link 55K, NE Link 80E and NE Link 80H pages.

6/11/2003 - Life goes on. I've had to deal with a broken laptop and a delay in getting a reliable Internet connection during the past week, which meant I had no real way of working on Nebraska Roads. However, workable solutions have been found for both problems, so the aforementioned updates should be up *real* soon...

6/1/2003 - Lots of updates and new photos coming to Nebraska Roads. The Termini Page has a listing of the new pages and images that will be appearing over the next week in that section. The Index page has been restyled; Nebraska Photos pages launched. The US Highways 6-38 page now has a photo as well.

5/27/2003 - Updated the Acknowledgments and Links page. (Personal rant: Summer job = little time to work on Nebraska Roads. However, I have managed to take a good number of photos for the Nebraska Termini Gallery; a number of new pages will be created in the next week or so. Nebraska Roads will become more visually-oriented over the summer; the Nebraska Trips and Photos pages will come into being sooner or later.) If you're on a summer roadtrip and traveling through Nebraska, by all means, take some pictures and send them my way!

5/6/2003 - Updated the NE Highways 202-392 page to the new design (it has a new name; the HTML file name has not changed); created new entries for NE 202, NE 277, NE 330, NE 350, and NE 392.

5/5/2003 - Updated the NE Highways 402-2183 page to the new design; created new entries for NE 406, NE 492, NE 520, NE 1275, and NE Spur 80A.

4/28/2003 - Nifty non-functional feature of the day 2: created a personal information page. Updates related to roads are coming shortly!

4/27/2003 - Nifty non-functional feature of the day: created a Favorite Icon for the site which, depending on the flavor and status of your Web browser, may or may not show up in your address bar and/or bookmark. (If the icon doesn't show up in your browser, you can view it here.)

4/21/2003 - Created Nebraska Recreation Roads page (this page will be absorbed into the Link and Spur Highways pages as I find detailed information about these routes).

4/16/2003 - Updated the Cuming-Grant Link and Spur Highways page to the new design; page now agrees with the 2001 Nebraska Highway Reference Post Log.

4/15/2003 - Updated the Adams-Colfax Link and Spur Highways page to the new design; page now agrees with the 2001 Nebraska Highway Reference Post Log. Added information to the Roads Log page about Nebraska recreation roads. The Legend page has sources and links about Nebraska recreation roads.

4/14/2003 - Created Sarpy-York Link and Spur Highways page. Made minor revisions to the Roads Log and the Termini Gallery pages.

4/12/2003 - Created Loup-Saline Link and Spur Highways page. Made minor revisions to the Roads Log page. Created termini pages for NE Spur 55C and NE Link 55K; added termini pictures to the NE 2, NE Link 55W, NE Link 55X, and I-180 pages.

4/4/2003 - Created Greeley-Logan Link and Spur Highways page. Made minor revisions to the Roads Log and the Legend pages.

3/31/2003 - Created termini pages for I-180, US 275, US 283, and NE 370. Made minor revisions to the Nebraska Roads index and the Roads Log page.

3/30/2003 - Created termini pages for NE 128, I-129, NE 133, US 136, and US 138.

3/28/2003 - Created termini pages for NE 92, NE Link 93B, NE Spur 93C, and NE 103.

3/25/2003 - Created termini pages for NE Link 80E, NE Link 80F, NE Link 80G, NE Link 80H, and NE 91.

3/24/2003 - Ugh. If anyone has a rechargable battery and charger for a Canon PoweShot S10 for sale, let me know. Craptacular battery performance more or less elminated the hope of capturing a large number of termini and other pictures for the site, but I managed to get a few before the camera's battery died. Created termini pages for US 75, US 77, NE 79, and I-80.

3/11/2003 - Created termini pages for NE 66, NE 67, and US 73.

3/9/2003 - Created termini pages for NE 62, NE Link 63A, and NE 64. Added termini pictures and information to the NE 2 and NE 31 pages. Added more links to the Links page.

3/8/2003 - Created termini pages for NE 51, NE 52, NE 56, and NE Spur 12A. Fixed old links throughout the Nebraska Termini Gallery.

3/5/2003 - Created termini pages for NE 22, NE 38, and NE 39.

3/4/2003 - Added an automated tracker to the site. (I was getting tired of looking at access logs, WHOIS, and NetGeo information manually.) Created termini pages for US 30, NE 31, NE 32, and NE 36.

3/3/2003 - Created the Update Log. Added termini pictures to the I-480 page; created termini pages for US 6, NE 12, US 20, and US 26.
