update the data of the current record

parameter datalen specifies how many bytes to write

the file must be open for update

Parameters:

isamfile - ISAM file to update
data - data to write
datalen - length of that data

Returns:

long rc>= 0: call went OK, the value returned is the length of the data copied
long rc < 0: some error occurred, see pbl_errno
