  I am very active in the Florida Drupal user's group as a community organizer. I co-maintain several modules and am heavily involved in the Drupal 8 Migrate in Core team. I also volunteer with the Drupal Association's Community Cultivation Grants committee and other roles.

  “Michael helped me with a complex transition from Drupal 6 to Drupal 8 at a time when D8 was still very much in development. Throughout the project he was helpful, resourceful, efficient, available, and thoroughly skillful. Michael has the skills to create his own solutions to problems when there is not an off the shelf option. He has a wide network of contacts in the Drupal community which he leverages to find the right path to take on any given task or feature need. In addition, Michael is a great teacher. Year's ago I took a class in GIT that he taught and was impressed. When we needed a consultant, I remembered his course and knew he would be great to work with. When we hired him as a consultant, I requested that I would like to be taught most of the skills, and only have him do tasks alone that were beyond the scope of my abilities or time constraints. Throughout the process he was a patient but challenging instructor. He'd give me the leeway to attempt my own solutions before jumping in and doing things for me, as requested. I really cannot recommend Michael enough. If you are looking for help with a Drupal project, you can't go wrong working with Michael, DrupalEasy, and Anello Consulting. Thanks for all the great work Mike! ”
