「ものづくり」の基盤技術である溶接・接合に関する研究を通じ、
接合科学の発展と学問体系の構築を目指します。

As the only national university corporation in Japan focusing on joining and welding science,
our goal is to advance the field and establish an academic discipline through research in joining and welding,
which are fundamental technologies of "Monozukuri (manufacturing)."
