Report Notes and Terms
- Several reports are available, but if a Work Group does not have any relevent items in a report, that report will not be displayed in the list.
- The General Reports are basic reports listing any currently balloting (active) items.
- The Review for Potential Issues reports are intended to give WG co-chairs a filtered view of their ballot items to help identify common issues with some ballots. We recognize that even when a ballot item appears on this list, its appearance does not necessarily indicate a problem, only that the item might need some attention.
- The Incomplete Reconciliation report filters out ballots in the current and previous ballot cycle. It also reports ballots that have posted a reconciliation package but have not requested negative withdrawal.
- Non-Advancing Ballots are ballots that have remained at the same ballot level for three or more separate ballots. This report does not consider comment only ballots.
- The Idle Ballots report lists ballot items that have not balloted for more than a year and have not been withdrawn from consideration.
- Aspects of Work Group health that cannot be easily captured in a report are listed in the PBS Metrics spreadsheet on GForge.
- Work Group Co-Chairs that would like additional help with any ballot items, especially those that might appear to have an issue, are encouraged to email BallotManager@hl7.org.
