To present your contribution at the conference, at least one author of an accepted paper MUST register and pay the registration fee through the registration site in advance. On-site registration is not available..

Information for paper presentor
Paper presentation track is held as oral-presentation.
All paper presenter must prepare presentation slides for your presentation. Each presentation time is 30 minutes for full papers and 20 minutes for WiP papers including Q&A.
In on-site venue, the presentation screen is prepared for onsite presenter and attendees. In addition, all paper presentations are broadcasted by using Zoom screen sharing for online attendees.
In CollabTech 2023, we are planning to use Zoom screen sharing function for online broadcasting. Please prepare Zoom application for your own PC in advance and check how to share your presentation screen by using video sharing function.
If you want to present your contribution by online, you need to join the conferernce by using Zoom application. Your shared presentation slides are also shown in onsite venue and onsite attendees can show them in real-time.
The accepted Full/WiP papers will be published by Springer as part of their Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series.
