I’m excited to attend Go Congress…
..to compete in the Open, attend workshops, and meet others who love the game!
..to make new friends and participate in serious, quiet & focused competitive matches!
..to play in the many tournaments at Congress and meet up with old friends.
..for everything! Especially seeing old friends and meeting people I had only known previously online.
..since I am a Chinese Go player and this is my first time attending a go congress abroad.. This is the most exciting thing for me.
..to learn from stronger players so that I can work towards improving my game and hitting a stable SDK rating.
..honestly just to be in an environment to play go in person. I almost exclusively play go online.
..since any activity to start getting my daughter (she will be 3.5) introduced and interested is great!
..again, I really enjoyed the little go groups forming in the hotel lobbies at night.
