Board of Directors

The GNI Board of Directors is multistakeholder in nature and is comprised of members from each of GNI’s constituencies. The Board is responsible for the organization’s strategic direction and oversees its operations.

The Board is composed of twelve representatives from companies, six from civil society organizations, four from the academic community, three from the investor community, and an Independent Chair and Vice Chair.
