New award categories were introduced for 2026 including Best AI-Powered Network Solution, AI-Enabled Customer Experience, FinTech & Digital Commerce Innovation, Marketing for Good, Best Device <150ドル, and Digital Inclusion & Usage-Gap Impact. These additions reflect the industry’s accelerating focus on AI, financial innovation, inclusion, affordability, and marketing as a force for good.

The 4YFN Awards
The 4YFN Awards is a global startup competition aimed at finding the best digital startups around the world. It’s the highest official recognition offered exclusively to startups during MWC Barcelona.
Five finalists, carefully selected by a remote panel of industry experts and investors, will make it to the grand finale and will be pitching on the 4YFN main stage. After the pitches, a jury of top international investors will announce the winner, who will receive an exciting award package, along with wider recognition.
