Description |
Corner three storey bank building built for the London Bank of Australasia which was absorbed by the English Scottish and Australian Bank in the 1920s. Strongly modelled facade rock faced sandstone to basement and plinths, heavily dressed coursed stone ground floor and arched window openings. Face brickwork above. Structural brick pilasters of the Ionic order with stone bases and caps. Sandstone window surrounds, entablature and balustered parapet. |
