- corrects the 2008 and 2009 TriplePlay scripts to consider all QSOs made after the award start date (tnx to Joe W4TV)
- if the TCP server is closed because the port is already in use, stops checking and reporting its status (tnx to Alan K9MBQ)
- responds gracefully when the user cancels a Marathon Progress or Submission generation
- generates a Marathon Progress report and Submission file in the correct CQ country order (tnx to Dave G4MUL)
