Microsoft has taken the rather unusual step of making a rap video to promote its Windows Azure product.

The video features NoClue, who is listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the 'world's fastest rapper', capable of 723 syllables in 51.27 seconds, at a rate of 14.1 syllables per second.

For the 'Cloud Rap' video, he discusses Windows Azure, a cloud computing solution from Microsoft that is used to build, deploy and manage applications.

His rap includes various terms associated with the technology, including "SAAS", "PHP, "Platform as a Service (PaaS)", "Java" and "MongoDB".

Also this week, a series of videos were revealed online for Microsoft's new Windows 8 operating system, focused on educating consumers about the features in the touch-enabled software.
