2. Postage Confirmation
In principle, the customs value is calculated by adding the amount of postage and other fees to the item’s price.
However, this time, we could not complete the clearance procedure because the postage was not listed on your parcels.
Please submit documents that can confirm the postage and EMS number, such as receipts, delivery slips, or copy or screenshot of settlement.
If you are unable to submit a receipt, etc., please let Tokyo Overseas Mail Sub-branch Customs know about it.
In such cases, the tax will be calculated by adding the postage surveyed by Japan Post Co., Ltd. based on the weight of the parcel.
