14. Importation of Salt
The mail that has arrived contains items that appear to be salt.
Anyone intending to import salt for personal use or sale as provided for in the Salt Industry Law must complete the following procedures.
≫Anyone intending to import salt for sale (including personal use) is required to file for registration as a Specified Wholesaler of Salt with the Director-General of Customs.
≫Anyone intending to sell salt for a specific purpose is required to file a notification as a Specified Wholesaler of Special-use Salt with the Director-General of Customs.
