I am a fifth year Ph.D student at Language Technology

Computer Science at Carnegie
Mellon University, working on the Informedia
Project with my advisor Alex G. Hauptmann. Prior to that, I completed my
M.S. and B.S. program at Zhejiang University.
My research interests include Multimedia (video) Analysis and Retrieval, Machine
Learning, and Text/Data Mining.
My hobbies are nature photography & travel, classical music, documentary,
bicycling, basketball, tennis, and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
