CMU SCS Coke Machine

Hi and Welcome!

This machine is provided for the convenience and enjoyment of the CMU Computer Science Department. It is maintained by the DEC/5 people, and as a result, all profits from the machine are returned to the department.

[The University's vending policy allows us to run this machine ourselves, setting our own prices, provided that the machine is accessable only to members of the department; that is, it has to stay behind a locked door in order to remain under the control of DEC/5.]
General information: the department consumption rate has been about five cases or 120 bottles per day which works out to a MTBC of 12 minutes.
