(P) Matzo Balls (for Soup) — A Kosher for Passover addition for chicken soup.
(+) New England Clam Chowder — A nice old American recipe.
(*) Split Pea Soup with Ham — A hearty soup for fall or winter, servable as a first course or as an entrée.
