ADDITIONAL INFORMATION for OBPALPHA |
LOCUS SUMMARY NOTES for OBPALPHA (Last Updated: 2014年09月19日) - The complete sequence of the MTLalpha locus was added to Assembly 22 based on reanalysis of all available sequence data. The entire locus was not represented in Assembly 21 of the SC5314 genomic sequence because that haploid assembly included the mating type a allele of this locus. The sequence as determined by C.M Hull and A.D. Johnson can be found in GenBank entry AF167163. For more information, see Hull, C.M., and Johnson, A.D. (1999) Science 285: 1271.
