We, Global COE Program Ars Vivendi of Ritsumeikan University, have
conducted various kinds of social action programs.

Professor Matsubara, one of our program members, provided lecture
about Ars Vivendi to Indonesian people who took training sessions
for drawing up public policies on June 10, 2009.

Some questions, such as assistance of AIDS, were asked during the
Q&A session.

According to Professor Matsubara, Indonesian people are eager to study and
friendly.

We are eager to promote collaborative research projects with patients'
advocacy groups, non-profit organizations, as well as domestic and
international researchers, apply for competitive research grants and conduct
research projects commissioned by governmental and private institutions.
