Carambola 2 has reached its End Of Life (EOL) date and has been replaced by the Carambola 3. We no longer sell the Carambola 2.
The Carambola 3 is our pin-to-pin compatible upgrade to the Carambola 2. The Qualcomm QCA4531 SoC gives the Carambola 3 greater processing power while remaining easy and cost-efficient to integrate into existing products that already use the Carambola 2.
Carambola 2 supports FirmUx Networking, which is a proprietary embedded Linux framework that provides developers with powerful tools and integration procedures. Use it to unlock powerful network features and build your own full-featured firmware and device software.
