SIMPLIcity / ALIP: Content Based Image Retrieval / Search (1995-2002, WIPE, Virtual Microscope, Automatic Linguistic Indexing of Pictures)
The ALIP system selects among 600 trained concepts to annotate
images automatically. We show annotation results here.
The research has been started when J. Wang and J. Li were with
Stanford and is continued at Penn State.
An on-line real-time image annotation
demonstration is expected to be developed and made
available in the future. At that time, you will be able to submit your
own images for automatic annotation. For now,
we provide some automatic annotation examples.
