The data you need is in the last few pages of the original datasheet. I found a copy at http://www.izabella.freeuk.com/assets/multimedia/8085.pdf and I've saved a copy at locally. Each opcode is shown with the binary value which represents it. Note the footnotes after the table which show the values for SSS or DDD.+
