Atention: if you want to install the *nix version of gpfcalc you also need to install the *nix version of pfcalc (the back-end that does the calculation). 
The windows version of gpfcalc comes together with pfcalc and all the gtk dll files needed to run properly. 
Note that gpfcalc 0.4 requires at least pfcalc 0.7.
Also note that gpfcalc 0.3 requires at least pfcalc 0.4.
