Just like Serratto, executive chef Tony Meyers has a little Italian in him—he learned his way around the kitchen by tugging at his Sicilian grandmother’s apron strings. Later, he became immersed in farm-to-table cooking while helping his father raise livestock in Placerville, California.
At Serratto, he combines his classic French training and his knowledge of wild meats and game with his love of creating unique dishes that showcase the best local ingredients the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
Serratto offers ideal accommodations for your private event. Our two rooms can each seat up to 16 people, and together they open up into a large single space that can seat up to 40. The mezzanine adjacent to the private rooms can also be utilized for a cocktail reception before your dinner event.
