About
Welcome to Rego's Blog. This is just a guide to that you should expect in this gitbook.
Hello and Welcome
You can call me Rego. I am an inventor and scientist just trying to get some sense from the global markets and trying always to learn a bit more of new techs. I am also a sw/hw engineer and developer and for the last 20+ years I have worked with many industries so plently of experience with some interesting projects, people and organizations.
My current interest is in application of blockchain in real technological challenges from industries. Currently I also work with the advisoring and design of advanced instrumentation and profiling devices for use in oil/gas industry. I am Systems/Software Solutions Architect, and I've been working mostly with of Embedded Software and Mission/Safety-Critical High Integrity Systems. But most of all, I really like to work on innovation, process optimization and business strategies to improve quality, efficiency and profitability. [OMG, that's from my linkedin!]
About markets subjects, I've been trading assets using all sorts of quant and mixed methodologies since 2012. Currently I run some portfolios using a mix of quant trading, fundamentals, news sentiments with tons of technologies like machine learning, adaptive regressions, monte carlo predictions, genetic optimization, so it's really a good soup. Currently my focus is on stocks assets, futures, and I am increasing focus into blockchain market and development, defi, nft trading, something like that.
You might want to take a look into my My NFTs Collections, if you find that interesting.
Anyway, finding free time sometimes is quite a challenge, but I will do my best to make some interesting contents for you guys. Initially I will post probably some blockchain stuff, which is more of the things I've been developing in my free time, but I will probably also uncover quant trading contents from my old RegoTrader blog and other two more.
I will also recover several development sideprojects, mostly related with Real-Time applications, Ada/C/C++/Java/Python/blablabla stuff, robots OS, ARM/Atmel, but it may take a while until I have time to migrate the repositories.
Finally, if you want to make contact for professsional matters, hiring or consulting, you might talk to me through my Linkedin.
So that's it, I hope you stick around. Cheers!
