POLISH DOCS - international promotion of Polish documentary films

POLISH DOCS PRO DELEGATION AT VISIONS DU REEL INDUSTRY EVENTS

This year's VdR-Industry, the industry events accompanying one of the most important documentary film festivals in Europe - Visions du du Réel in Nyon, Switzerland - will take place from 6 - 9 April. A Polish delegation of producers and directors will visit Nyon to present themselves to the international industry, organised as part of the Polish Docs PRO project.
"BEING MIKOŁAJ" SET FOR INTERNATIONAL PREMIERE IN THESSALONIKI

The documentary directed by Aurelia Frydrych-Zdanowska and produced by Michał Sadowski is set to have its international premiere at the Thessaloniki Documentary Festival, which begins on 6th March.
"THE LAST EXPEDITION" WINS EAGLE AWARD

Last evening saw the grand gala for the Polish Film Awards. The Eagle in the documentary category soared to Eliza Kubarska for her film about the outstanding Polish mountaineer.
WE KNOW THE PROJECTS SELECTED FOR DOC LAB POLAND!

12 projects at the development and production stage and 8 projects at the post-production stage will take part in two workshop sessions with world-class tutors: in April in Warsaw and in May in Krakow. The final stage will be a public presentation at the Docs to Start and Docs to Go pitching sessions during KFF Industry and meetings with eminent experts from around the world.
