The general process is the same as converting from "real' machine to PV guest :
Get the system running.
Install PV guest capable kernel etc.
Shutdown, start up in PV mode - with either pygrub/pvgrub or by using
kernel etc stored on host.
The extra step with conversion from real machine is to copy the
files/filesystems.
